HELP! things are not going well at the assisted living

A good assisted living is such a blessing, but things do not always go as we hope. How do we respond to this?

Excellent point,Carol. And a helpful reminder that if there are no clients, there is no business. A good friend did just as you advise at a local residence several years ago,about how people are treated in their memory care unit! It made a significant difference in how people are treated in the memory care unit.
They have since moved north closer to family but the changes stayed here.
