What are you thinking about? Did you know your brain reacts to your thoughts by releasing chemicals into your body? Be careful what you think about. It might be messing with your happiness!
We spend $3.4 trillion on chronic healthcare management in the United States. That is staggering! What can we do to decrease that number?
Let's "SPICE UP" our brain and our love life. I recommend "Golden Milk" as part of your day. I put it in my coffee.
Here is the recipe -
1 cup plant-based milk (I use 1 1/2 cups)
1/2 t turmeric
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t ginger
1/4 t monk fruit sweetener (don't use sugar or artificial sweeteners, and adjust to taste)
1 T almond butter
Heat milk and add almond butter. Whisk well. Add spices that you previously mixed together. Stir well, and enjoy. I love adding the spices to my coffee!
