When the weather turns nasty, does it have an effect on how you feel? It is not uncommon.
It is VERY common for the weather to affect your loved one with dementia. I very often talk with families and realize their loved one with dementia is taking one or more medications that are not recommended for individuals with dementia. Don't let this happen. Do some research. Call your pharmacist. Be careful! Their health depends upon it.
Muscles prevent falls, reduce chances for broken bones, decrease bone loss, increase metabolism,
and even improve cognition! Do you have one central safe space for all your valuable paperwork? Is it weather resistant? Who knows of its existence? I cover that on today’s episode.
